Thinking about getting pregnant at some point? Talk with your provider about pre-pregnancy health and planning for children.

Birth Control

Birth control is not one-size-fits-all. Talk with your provider about the different options available.

Getting tested for infections protects your sexual health and the health of your partner(s).

Exams and discussions with your doctor are confidential, by law.

Breast Cancer Screening

Screening helps detect breast cancer in its earliest, most treatable stage.

Pap Smear: Every 3 Years

Pelvic exams help protect against infertility and other health problems. Women who are sexually active or age 21+ should get one every 3 years. In cases of prior existing conditions, your doctor may recommend you get a pap smear more frequently than every 3 years.
